Sub-Floors
The sub-floor utility rooms in this home are as clean and
organized as any you will ever see. You can inspect the Ridged 2
Panel Foam insulation (95% Heat Reten on) in the crawl spaces
off the utility room finding plenty of room for maintenance
personnel to provide periodic service.
Power
1200 amps of power are supplied to the home via an underground
service line provided by Avista Utilities. Additionally, there are
two 130 KW Backup Generators fueled by 6000 gallons of
available propane buried on site. The Gate House has backup
power, as well, provided by a 60 KW separate generator.
